Alpha Travel Pty Ltd was established in March 1994. Our company has two Directors (Gina Maitland and Joy Bernard) and two Associates who all take part in the decision-making of the business at appropriate stages. All four people are highly qualified in the operation of businesses and each has different strengths. This results in a business which is able to operate in a climate of innovative and low-risk decision making.
An active Business Plan and a bi-annual "think tank" drives the focus of the business - this allows us to keep re-inventing ourselves in a technology-driven environment.
In March 1999, Alpha Travel established a new division under the business name "Global Cruise Control" to promote the cruise section of our business on the Internet.
Our company motto sums up our approach to all business - we are, quite simply, "Committed to Excellence" - and our mission is to ensure that all our clients experience this commitment. We understand that our clients invest a large amount of their money and time in planning their travel, and we are committed to ensuring that their experience is a positive one because of our attention to detail and service.
