Our company
Alpha Travel Pty Ltd was established in March 1994 as a boutique travel provider to discerning customers. Our company management and senior consultants are highly qualified in the operation of travel businesses and each has different strengths. This results in a business which is able to operate in a climate of innovative and customer focused service provision.
An active Business Plan and a bi-annual "think tank" drives the focus of the business - this allows us to keep re-inventing ourselves in a technology-driven environment.
Our company motto sums up our approach to all business - we are, quite simply, "Committed to Excellence" - and our mission is to ensure that all our clients experience this commitment. We understand that our clients invest a large amount of their money and time in planning their travel, and we are committed to ensuring that their experience is a positive one because of our attention to detail and service.
